Noushin

My name is Noushin and I am a married mom of two boys. I established Teddy Bear Family Child care in 2008 in the first floor of our house. Our home is smoke free and very safe and child-friendly inside and out. We have a large, bright play room with an assortment of toys, a kitchen and a separate, quiet nap room for the children. My First Aid & CPR (Infant/Child/Adult) is always current and I have a clear criminal record. I have also attended a Safe Food Handling course. I have many years experience working with children but strive to continually increase my knowledge and understanding of my field. I regularly attend workshops and training events to keep up to date on my certifications and to develop new skills and ideas for fun things to do. At Teddy Bear Family Child Care my goal is to meet your family’s needs, and exceed your expectations. Your child’s development, safety, and happiness are my top priorities, and my dedication to these priorities is obvious in everything I do. When you enroll at Teddy Bear Family Child Care, I invite you to be a part of our family of Teddy Bear Family Child Care! I am committed to your child’s care and education. I strongly believe that children are naturally born learners. They are curious about themselves and the world around them. Our program aims to support that curiosity by providing rich early learning experiences and environments that expand their physical, intellectual, emotional, and social skills through play and exploration. Essentially, I subscribe to the belief that each child develops at different paces. We strive to be receptive and inclusive to that need. Our routines are adjusted accordingly to make the child feel safe, comfortable, secure and loved. I also believe that natural environment holds an important role in young children’s learning. Except on extreme weather conditions, we walk outside to explore nearby parks to give children opportunities for concrete and authentic learning experiences about nature. Most importantly, I make sure that our program is FUN. Childhood is a once in a lifetime experience. I want them to look back at that time of their lives and have good memories through pictures and documentations.
